Shipping Policy 

Orders take between 1-3 business days to process Monday-Friday , orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. After processing all orders will be shipped the next business day please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. You'll be able to track your order with your USPS tracking number at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

Lost Or Stolen Packages
A Luxe Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that your package was delivered and you have not received it , you may contact USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777 to file a claim for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 
 
Refund & Returns

A Luxe Collection does not offer any returns or refund. All sales are final!
